Patient’s Rights and Privacy

Our centre respects every patient’s rights and privacy. As health professionals we are required to abide by The Commonwealth Privacy Act and the Australian Privacy Principles. We collect and store information only with patient consent. A patient’s personal information is handled in accordance with the practice privacy policy.

Results

For the purpose of privacy protection, our clinic cannot give test results over the telephone or via email. Please make an appointment to discuss your results with one of our doctors.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Our medical centre has a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behaviour and language.  Everyone within the clinic can expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, including patients, doctors, nurses, support staff and visitors.

* Our doctors bulk bill all patients who hold a valid Medicare Card. Specialists and Allied Health professional’s charges vary. Please enquire at reception.
