Late Cancellation / Non-Attendance Fee Update
Late cancellation or failure to attend a scheduled appointment will incur the following fees: – $20 applies for cancellation or non-attendance of GP consult with less than 2 hours notice.
– $30 applies for cancellation or non-attendance of Allied Health consult with less than 24 hours notice.
This cancellation fee needs to be paid prior to your appointment.
Telehealth Eligibility
Under the Australian Government Medicare Guideline, telephone appointments are only available to existing patients that have attended our practice for a face to face appointment in the last 12 months
